From Barack Obama’s Executive Orders against it to Congress’ failure to protect it, the media’s all out assault surrounding it’s true purpose to the corrosive lies gurgling out of Hollywood that infect the impressionable minds of future voters with their perverted view of it, the Second Amendment and the rights it protects are slowly being eaten away.
Passed by Congress on September 25, 1789 and ratified on December 15, 1791, our brilliant forefathers, the creators of this free nation, had the foresight to ensure our freedom with one simple line: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Armed, trained Americans are an essential component of our country’s freedom. The people have a right to keep and bear arms and that right shall not be infringed. Shall not be infringed.
Shall. Not. Be. Infringed.
We live in a country where our leaders consider an act of domestic terrorism ‘workplace violence’. A place where opportunities for law breakers far outweigh law-abiding Americans’ right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. An era where words like ‘illegal’, ‘criminal’ and ‘American’ are taboo. A time when our country is just one supreme court justice and one election away from the end of many rights that protect the security of our free nation.
